Unfortunately I have been to court for custody issues in the past. With several experiences with other lawyers I was given a miracle with a chance encounter being referred to Attorney Holland Jones. This man ate, slept and breathed my case for months on end knowing that an unfortunate set of cir...cumstances with past attorneys had me on the losing end of the battle. He dedicated days and nights to deliver evidence and documents that even stunned the judge in the courtroom. I have never seen opposing counsel cry or stomp their feet in front of a judge before but I found Holland gifting wins to the defense that were truly in the best interest of my daughter because his case had them at a complete and devastating loss. He pulled case law after case law and argued my case with facts and evidence that he painstakingly sifted through (literally thousands of pictures, texts and documents). In the end, I walked away with full custody of my daughter and supervised visits for the opposing counsel. As if that wasn’t enough prior to diving into this case I had not seen my other child in over a year. Within 24 hours of contacting him he already had papers filed with the court and the process underway for me to get her back. I have my other daughter back in my home with full custody and we could not be more thrilled. I am forever indebted to this man for all that he has done for me. I also found Mr. Jones to be easily accessible, which to me was shocking. Mr. Jones not only answer my text messages, he would email and answer calls with in most cases 2 to 3 hours. To be honest in most cases with an attorney this never really happens.
