Holland Dwayne Jones

I would NOT recommend any attorney other than Holland Jones and staff. I had originally hired a previous counsel. I was so completely naive to the legal system . I had not ever been through a divorce before so I didn’t know what to expect or even understand the process and it quickly began to get ext...remely messy. By the grace of GOD , Holland had represented my cousin . She took one look at my papers I had been served and realized the original attorney I hired had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING at all but take my money and I was about to lose my son , which is my world. Being such a devoted and dedicated mom I could not fathom the thought of losing custody of my son over false allegations. It was a nightmare. My world was falling down around me and I just needed someone to believe in me and be in my corner and fight for me. My prayers were answered and my cousin sent me Holland and his associates. It was the BIGGEST BLESSING I could have ever received. Holland and his staff took my case with only a few days to prepare. He and his associates devoted more then 100% of their time and so many hours of dedication to my case to save me from losing my son. It was such an overwhelming comfort to finally have someone as remarkable as Holland and his team to help me begin to turn my tragic situation around. Not only did Holland and his associates take my case professionally but they also took it personally and actually showed how much they cared about the case. Holland and his team won my son and my case for me. They guided me through the entire process and explained it every step of the way. Both Holland and his staff spent hours with me and stood by my side the entire time, day and night. Holland and his team may not always tell you what you want to hear but they tell you the facts and the truth. They are truly the most honest, loyal, reliable, ethical, and moral attorneys and staff ever. I will absolutely NOT ever use anyone else again period. The money is beyond worth Mr.Jones and his associates. Best money I ever spent and I still feel like he deserves more. Trust me when I say he is in it to win it and the real deal. Words can not describe how grateful I am to Holland and his team . Holland is the ONLY way to go if you want the BEST of the BEST!!! I can’t stress enough that Holland and his associates are the only way to go. Again if you want the BEST , he and his team are beyond the best.

This attorney is very smart and strategic. It has been a long fight of not being able to see my child over 5 years; different attorneys complaining about the complexity of the situation and wanting to charge more than the usual. In one single hearing Dr. Holland Jones was able to get me access to my... child. He cares about what is best for the child wholeheartedly. He gives great advice and keeps in touch. This guy really takes everything personal and wants to hold people who hurt children accountable. Thank you Dr. Jones!!

Unfortunately I have been to court for custody issues in the past. With several experiences with other lawyers I was given a miracle with a chance encounter being referred to Attorney Holland Jones. This man ate, slept and breathed my case for months on end knowing that an unfortunate set of cir...cumstances with past attorneys had me on the losing end of the battle. He dedicated days and nights to deliver evidence and documents that even stunned the judge in the courtroom. I have never seen opposing counsel cry or stomp their feet in front of a judge before but I found Holland gifting wins to the defense that were truly in the best interest of my daughter because his case had them at a complete and devastating loss. He pulled case law after case law and argued my case with facts and evidence that he painstakingly sifted through (literally thousands of pictures, texts and documents). In the end, I walked away with full custody of my daughter and supervised visits for the opposing counsel. As if that wasn’t enough prior to diving into this case I had not seen my other child in over a year. Within 24 hours of contacting him he already had papers filed with the court and the process underway for me to get her back. I have my other daughter back in my home with full custody and we could not be more thrilled. I am forever indebted to this man for all that he has done for me. I am currently an active duty sailor and stationed in California.So finding an attorney that understood military and was hopeful and not just collecting a check was essential. He was recommended through a very dear friend of mind and boy was it the best decision and money well spent. I had been seeki...ng a modification of custody for my daughter for quite sometime and if you all don't know that is very hard to come by being an active duty personnel.
