I enjoy reading history and fiction. I enjoy story telling and story developement. I believe that a good story teller makes for a good lawyer. I think that my ability to take a complicated subject matter and distill-it into a good story helps me connect with the trier of fact in a case, whether a judge or jury. I approach cases by learning all of the details of the matter from the very beginning and absorbing it all in so that I can then turn around and tell it back in an effective manner that serves my clients purpose. CPS case
My children were taken away from me by CPS due to a fraudulent accusation on their father's part. Enrique made sure we had all the necessary paperwork to justify this claim. I am so thankful that Enrique not only got my children back but also proved that I had done nothing wrong to them.
