I went for a consultation to the Dallas office and right of the bat I felt like I was just a number. I ended up talking to somone who was not a lawyer and had told me that she used to work for immigration. My husband was denied the first time beacuse we used a notary so our next step was hiring a la...wyer. The help that I was looking for was not from his office. The lady told me that my husband would never get approved and just to give up. Guess what I hired another lawyer and my husband got approved in 4 months. Dont hire his business they just dont care about you or what you are going through!!!

Thanks to Victor (customer service representative) he took my complain serious. He spoke to Solis about my case. Solis was not aware that my case had been closed. I was set up with an appointment with Solis. Solis looked at my case and told me that his office would resubmit my I-130 at no cost. Solis... told my husband and me that they would take high priority on my case. I was then sent to speak to an associate, where we updated our information for our I-130 and the process of I 601A. The girl had knowledge about the process and answered all our questions. We were glad to see someone with 15 minutes that we were there. A couple days later, Victor contacted to see if I was satisfied with the outcome of my meeting with Solis. I feel more confident that my case will be taken serious.

My permanent resident card just came in and this law firm continuously extended their help in additional administrative processing and in getting my Social Security Card Number issued. I honestly admire their expertise but their concern and commitment to service are what makes them more appealing to ...a lot of foreign immigrant clients.
