Very bad counsel, and overcharged me
I went to Carter for some legal advice, and unfortunately, his counsel was incorrect. Moreover, he wasted a fair bit of my time and actually overcharged me for it. His client service skills are fairly weak and he doesn't ask very good questions. I'd avoid working with him, especially for the price...
