Impressed

Getting a DWI was one of the worst experiences of my life . Finding a good attorney was very difficult . I had already paid and hired an attorney and I felt like he wasn't looking out for my best intersest and he gave me no hope . My best girlfriend recommend Mark so I made an appointment the day be...fore my hearing . And a good thing I did ! Mark was very proffessional and eager to worked on my case and he got it dismissed . I can't thank him enough .

Outstanding

Although the experience of having a DWI case was not pleasant in itself, however the experience of working with Mark to resolve it was. Me and Mark worked on this case for about 1 year to finally walk out with a great success. From day one, Mark inspired a great deal of confidence. This was emph...asized by the respectful relationship he had with fellow lawyers at the court house and all the court staff including the judges. Mark always kept me very well informed and made sure I clearly understood all the options that I had. I am not at all familiar with the American legal system. Mark made sure to always clearly explain the process. My case was quite a difficult case, it was therefore a difficult decision to make to go to trial. I dont think many lawyers would've tried. But Mark studied the case very carefully, and finally came extremely well prepared. The trial days were in a way very impressive. Most people come with a plan A, and a plan B in mind. Mark had a plan C and a plan D. He simply was not going to lose this case. Everyone was really impressed by Mark's professional performance in the Court Room. You could see it in the eyes of the jury panel. Mark had the necessary references and knew all of them by heart. I learned so many things that day. The whole experience was great. It was not an easy case at all, and the DAs were really not letting go, quite the opposite actually. But plan A worked, and we didn't even have to go to other plans I wish Mark a lot of success. He is a gentleman with a lot of ethics and certainly puts the right focus when it comes to his work. He is already one of the most successful DWI lawyers, and in my mind, there is not doubt why

One the Best

I was arrested for a DWI backing out of a friends driveway and taken to Jail for DWI a little over a year ago. This was actually my second offense, due to a slip up 4 years prior when I turned 21. My tape looked good but my breath test was awful, (over a 2.0!). Let me just say that this was a really ...hard time in my life and still painful to look back on. My family and I hired mark to take on my case. Let me first say that if it wasn't for Mark I don't know what I would have done. He was professional, personable, and always good to me and my family. He is one of the hardest working most dedicated lawyers you will ever meet and takes his cases very seriously. He always told me the truth and never steered me wrong. We won my case in trial and I was able to move on with my life and get back normal. Let me also say that mark was amazing in court he was sincere and did an amazing job. I can't recommend and thank Mark enough. Thanks to him I was able to move on, start a new job, and get on with my life.

Never a call you want to make, but when Mark answers, you know you will be taken care of.

Even at the first sit down consultation, I knew Mark Thiessen was the attorney for me. He never candy-coated anything, and was very honest and straight forward throughout the entire process. I like his style, dedication and determination to help his clients. In fact, I have recommendend him to a c...ouple of friends already. Not that I ever want to use it again, but his number will stay in my phone. Great work ethics, confidence, and knowledge.

Best DUI Attorney in Houston

I was arrested for a DUI after leaving a friend's wedding party and trying to make it home. I thought I was pretty much done with because of my poor test results (stumbling around the police station on tape) but knew I had to get a lawyer regardless. I found Mark, who was able to beat both my ALR hea...ring and regular case and get my life back to normal again quickly. I thought at first it was a miracle, when in fact Mark is just that good. If you have a DUI, Mark should be your first call.
