Eternally thankful!

Mark was referred to me by a family member after I got arrested for a DWI. Being so young and never having been in a situation like this, he made the process as painless as possible. Mark was always available to answer any question and ease any worry that I might’ve had. Although, he was still very r...ealistic about my situation. Mark and his team were prepared for issues that came up during my time in court, and I felt confident putting my trust in him. I’m glad I did after all because he saved my career!

DWI 2nd- Montgomery County

I first want to start by thanking Mark Theissen for Getting my case dismissed! Yeah in Montgomery County, Texas. Horrible county to get a DWI. I hired Mark with not a whole lot of knowledge about him. Sure the reviews were good but it’s different when you actually have to put money toward someone you...’ve never dealt with. This was technically my 2nd DWI but in reality I had been charged with 4 prior DWIs in a bad stent in my life. So even though I technically only had been charged with 1 DWI in Montgomery county. The others were dismissed or reduced. Mark said it wouldn’t matter and that they would still probably look at it like you had been charged for all of them. This scared me a lot. I have a wife a daughter a career of 10 years. Very stressful So long story short I was going to court getting resets. Then I got a call from Mark saying do a online DWI course 10 hr and your case will be dismissed... Dude wow bro! Thank you! Since then I do not drink anymore and I have made a point to turn my lifestyle around. It hasn’t been easy but with this case dismissed it’s a load of stress off my chest! Thanks Mark

Best DWI Lawyer out there!

I was referred to Mark through my first lawyer. I had a very difficult case and he said Mark was one of the best out there. I entered an exit ramp the wrong way on I-45 and caused a wreck. Refused a breathalyzer and they got a warrant for my blood. BAC came back at 0.13. I was scared and terrified a...nd my nursing career was on the line. One bad decision turned my life upside down. Mark fought hard for me since day one. He was relentless with the DA and kept pushing them to let me into PTI. I was so overwhelmed I just wanted to give up. Mark would not let me! He promised to take care of me as family and that is just what he did. My case kept getting reset for many months so we set it for trail! Despite setting a trial date Mark's persistence with the DA didn't stop. Mark kept pushing and the DA finally let me into into PTI. Mark is devoted and dedicated to his clients. He will NOT go down without a fight. He is intelligent and knows the law thoroughly. He is confident and everyone knows his name in court. There was never a day in court where lawyers didn't shake his hand or acknowledge his presence. He is very well respected. He gave me my life back. Saved my career and that has no price. I would pay him all over again and much more! Worth every penny! If Mark can't do it, nobody can!!! Don't waste your time with other lawyers, hire Mark ASAP!

Best Lawyer in TEXAS !

I was referred to Mark through one of my friends and it was the best thing that happened to me . I had called another lawyer right when I got released but I did the smartest thing and went with MARK . One thing I learned in life is never be cheap or try to find a deal in hiring counsel. Mark is worth... every penny u pay for , he is always there to pick up phone when u have a question 24/7. I even had a issue with my bond officer and he took care of that too. He gets the job done bottom line , not once did he back down to get my case dismissed completely like he said he would . Now I have my life back to normal and owe it all to MARK. If you decide to hire anyone else then Mark , good luck people you get what you pay for .
