.22 blood DWI dismissed, pled to 30 days class C deferred public intox

If you've got deep pockets and are facing a DWI, there is no better individual to get your money's worth than Thiessen. Found myself in a terrible situation year and a half ago, was asleep at the wheel and charged with DWI. Blood warrant established BAC at .22. Best plea offer with first attorney ...was 90 days house arrest. After hiring Mark, we immediately set the case for trial. Two days before trial the state offered to dismiss the DWI in exchange for pleading guilty to a public intoxication class c, deferred for 30 days. Essentially by hiring Mark the DA knew they didn't have a snowball's chance in hell of winning the case with wheeling being the definitive issue in the case and the fact that the DA had already lost to Mark four times before that helped significantly. The plea deal is about as sweet as it gets when it comes to a DWI reduction, and the fact that the DWI was dismissed and class C was deferred means I can expunge both from my record like the incident never happened. Mark is a phenomenal trial attorney, great businessman, and prosecutors fear him like the devil. If you can afford him, you needn't look anywhere else. Thanks Mark, owe you my life.

DWI .25 Blood Test

After exhausting all options, my lawyer recommended that I hire Mark Thiessen as the prosecution was not budging. I honestly didn't think I had much of chance of winning as they had a .25 blood test but I am CPA and I didn't want to lose my license therefore I hired Mark. The prosecution still would ...not work a deal so we went to trial. Mark is a true expert when it comes to DWIs as he was able to out argue the prosecution in everything they threw at him. He also poked several holes during cross examination of the nurse who administered the blood and the arresting officer. The arresting officer admitted at the end of cross examination that I did not lack the mental or physical capabilities to drive which meant he didn't have probable cause to arrest me. The case was thrown out the next day due to this. I honestly believe that Mark is the most talented person I have ever met any profession. Although not cheap, I believe he is worth every penny and I would have even paid more.

The Best Choice

I was arrested for DWI in March of last year. I am a young professional who's never been in trouble a day in my life before this happened to me. I honestly thought I was doomed after a .17 breath test. A friend recommended a short list of lawyers to me who I all met with. I ended up going with Mark a...fter reading all of the great reviews on him and checking out his impressive list of notable victories. From the beginning Mark was adamant that we should go to trial which gave me hope. I had to wait 11 months before my day in court but thanks to Mark's expertise my case was dismissed mid-trial! Watching him question all of the officers that testified at my trial was seriously amazing. Once you see him in action you see how skilled, charismatic, and talented he is. He was able to show how none of the officers knew what they were talking about and how many mistakes they made. Because of this my case got dismissed and didn't even have to go to the jury to decide my fate. I honestly have doubt any other lawyer could have gotten me these results. I would without a doubt say Mark is the best DWI lawyer in Houston. I asked A LOT of questions, and Mark was always patient and very responsive to me. I could call/text him anytime I had questions. I am soooo glad to finally be putting this behind me. He really got me my life back. Mark, you the real MVP!

MARK THIESSEN GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK!!

I was charged with a DWI April of last year. I had a breath test result of 1.4 and 1.6. Twice the legal limit!! I was worried and scared about losing my freedom and of having a criminal charge follow me around for the rest of my life!! My husband found Mark Thiessen by Google searching " THE BEST DWI... ATTORNEY IN HOUSTON" ! And I can honestly say that title is more than fitting! Mark was educated on not only the Science and procedure behind my DWI arrest, but he knew all of the individuals and had personal relationships ( from his many previous DWI cases in Harris county ) with both the arresting DWI task force officer as well as the Expert :breath test machine witness , brought by the DA before the jury. His candid exchange with these individuals on the stand was damning to say the least!! His experience was invaluable in my jury trial! But what set Mark apart from other attorneys in my mind , was the passion in which he fought my case! From the day I hired him, to the day I was found NOT GUILTY by a jury of my peers, he fought passionately at every turn for my freedom!! He never backed down to the DA and their immoral and corrupt practices!! He stood in that courtroom and fought for my future : the way I would have, the way a friend or family member would have!! He made it clear both thru his words as well as his actions that losing was NOT AN OPTION!! I cannot say enough good things about Mark! I was recently pulled over and charged with a DUI. Like most people would be, I was very confused as to what my rights were. I was put in contact with Mark by a very good friend of my.
