Proper Lawyering

I had just moved to Houston, was driving downtown, and accidentally turned the wrong way down a one way street. Subsequently, I was pulled over asked to take a breathalyzer test. As it was a no refusal weekend, I agreed, and unfortunately blew a 0.18. Mark was recommended to me as a lawyer who i...ntimately understood Texas' legal system and knew how to exercise shortcomings in State regulations. Mark intensively investigated my case and found inherent problems with the testing methodology utilized by Houston PD to obtain my breathalyzer test results. Ultimately, my case was dismissed. Mark was persistent, patient and extremely well informed. His dedication to his job and justice was second to none. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mark Thiessen Recommendation

Not only is Mark Thiessen an intelligent lawyer, but he also made an effort to make me feel comfortable in a very stressful time. He produces results and is honest throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Highly recommended

After being charged with a DWI, I went thru the whirlwind of vetting the well known lawyers in town. I can unequivocally say that in hindsight I made the absolute right choice. Mark was instrumental in vindicating me. He is very knowledgable, and will relentlessly fight for his clients. The entir...e time the due process was unfolding I always felt 100% confident in my legal representation.

If you're in trouble, you need him

I can't say enough good things about Mark. He strode into court like he owned the place, and with as expertly as he handled things he might as well have. It was a great feeling knowing that he was on my side. He is the ultimate lawyer and the only weapon you need if you're in trouble - he looks th...e part, acts the part, has no fear in doing what needs to be done for you, and deserves your complete trust and confidence. He's also an incredibly nice guy, and will treat you like you've been friends for years even if you've only just met. Mark was able to speed up the process and get me the best outcome possible. He made a painful situation a lot better. I would recommend Mark to anyone and everyone I know who needs a lawyer. You can't beat the service he gives and the results he produces. He is second to none in the knowledge he brings to your case and his ability to get things done. I have had some experiences with lawyers in the past that I did not trust and did not feel confident to have representing me. They treated me like a case number, and didn’t seem to care at all about the outcome of my case – when it was the most important thing to me and my future. That was never an issue with Mark. Mark will fight for you as if he's fighting for himself. I will never use another attorney. I really can’t say enough good things about him. He’s the best!
