The one to hire when your life is on the line

I am a professional and my life could have been easily ruined by my .24 blood results. Mark was nothing short of magic in the way he prepared for trial, connected with the jury, knew the science behind the test results better than the prosecutor and experts, and summed up complex arguments in a simp...le way. The jury returned a not guilty result in record time. He was worth every penny I spent. I couldn't put a price on my freedom and my future that he helped get back for me. I recommend Mark Thiessen without hesitation. He is simply the best.

The one and only lawyer you will ever want

Well what can I say except that Mark Thiessen is the best lawyer in town. You won't find anyone more knowledgable or caring in Houston. From my experience he hit a grand slam for my case. I have had contact with a lot of clients of Mr. Thiessen and every single person has said the same thing. He has ...nothing but respect for his clients. As I said in the title he is literally the only lawyer you will ever want on your side. With him as my attorney I had no doubt that I would be treated with the utmost respect. Hopefully I won't get in to trouble again. But if it so happens he will be the first person I contact. I can't say enough of how satisfied I am having him on my side fighting for my rights as a citizen.

Why would you choose anyone else?

My name is Michael & I'm a 19 year old college student with a big future ahead of him. Back in April of 2014 I chose to drive while intoxicated and I put myself in jail by doing so. My BAC was 0.16 twice the limit and I had very little hope for my future to come. Well in November of the same year, I ...went to court fearing that I would be put behind bars, put on probation, have a huge fine, or much worse. Well Mark managed to paint a beautiful picture to the Judge allowing him to acknowledge my age, future, and guilt. By doing so, the judge gave me 1 year license suspension, no fine, no jail time, no probation. Now leading up to the case Mark managed to keep me feeling positive about the outcome do to his confidence, attitude, ambition, knowledge, and frankly the man knew what he was doing. Needless to say, I'm very pleased that I chose Mark Theissen to represent me, as I would recommend him to anyone in the same troubles as I was.

As an attorney myself, I highly recommend hiring Mark Thiessen.

Mark is an excellent courtroom lawyer, and he does not back down. He was prepared for every facet of my case, and both he and his office staff made sure that I was informed every step of the way. A true professional. I recommend Mark Thiessen to anyone who needs the best.

Justified Propensity....

Mark Thiessen has not only earned but fully deserves his Super Lawyer status. He is known for his impeccable handling of DWI/DUI’s but I would without a doubt recommend Mark Thiessen for ANY criminal court matter. I initially retained another lawyer in a pinch based on a few positive online reviews ...and the promises that were made during an initial phone call and meeting. After some subsequently clouded and unpleasant conversations with that person as well as a lack of follow through; I spoke to, met with and hired Mark Thiessen immediately. The decision to go with Mark Thiessen was the absolute BEST decision I could have ever made!! He is organized, thorough and aggressively fights for his clients; he is not afraid to take cases to trial if necessary. He is professional, down to earth, informative, and calming without being condescending or belittling. He restores trust and faith to people in situations where those have been lost. In the end, he achieved the goal of getting my case dismissed and in turn he restored my faith in people and in life. These situations are not easy, not fun and are life altering, but with the right attorney by your side you can be made whole again. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and Mark is worth every penny. Don’t waste your time with anyone else; to second guess Mark is the wrong decision plain and simple. I quickly learned from a bad first experience that a few good online reviews are not nearly enough.
