Very Pleased with Mark Thiessen and his Staff

With-out a Doubt The Best DUI Attorney in Harris County & Absolutely Worth Every Penny

After going through the worst night of my life, wrongfully thrown in jail, I did my research and asked my many friends who've become Lawyers to find the #1 DUI Defense Attorney in Harris County who would prove my innocence and ensure justice was served. Mark Thiessen was the unanimous, highest recomm...endation, along with his credentials to proving he was the one and only choice for me regardless of the costs. Mark hired the utmost best specialist for my case, Amanda Culbertson, and together they proved the invalidity of my BAC breath test; thus, dismissing my case and giving my life back!! Outstanding attorney

I recently had an opportunity to watch Mark Thiessen in a courtroom in Harris County. He was trying a DWI case. As a courtroom litigator myself and having been licensed for 22 years, I was extremely impressed with Mr. Thiessen's courtroom skills. He made an immediate connection with the jury and had ...total command of the courtroom. The theme he used to try the case was brilliant. What was even more impressive was his ability to cross-examine each of the officers, get them to concede to key points and then tie it all together in his closing statement. His demeanor was always professional and courteous. So when the jury came back with an acquittal verdict, I was not surprised. Mr. Thiessen's skills are fine tuned, he is bright and quick on his feet and as a lawyer I would highly recommend him.

DWI case reopened

My case was dismissed and then reopened by the Judge. Incredible as it seemed, Mark said he has never seen that happen before. He stood by me and we got it dismissed a second time with no chance to reopen. I was impressed with Mark's determination to stand by my side in this difficult time. I'd r...ecommend him to anyone and everyone I know (as I have). Thanks again Mark!

Highly recommended - works magic in the courtroom!!!

Mr Thiessen and his staff are not only knowledgable, assertive, and aggressive in fighting for you, they also are caring and compassionate. Defending yourself in this legal system can be exhausting and intimidating. Mr Thiessen and his team made this process much easier and was successful in reducin...g my DWI charge to a Speeding ticket as well as achieving a dismissal at my license suspension hearing. It is obvious he is well respected when he walks into the court room. This man knows his stuff and is always easy to reach should you have any questions, unlike many attorneys.
