Finest legal defense in Texas

He likes to win and will do whatever is necessary to get you the best result for your case. He is in it to win it and you can be assured that he will fight to win for you as well. He will just as easily take a case to court as he would negotiate a deal with the DA, but whatever he is doing to help yo...u, he does it with conviction. I had a DWI with blood test fail and Mark worked a deal to get it expunged completely from my record. He always answered my calls and clarified when I had questions. I am confident that my decision to hire him was not only worth what I paid, but probably five or ten times that amount. If I am ever stuck in a foxhole and need someone to cover my back, Mark would be first on the list without any question. Thank you Mark.

Mark was able to get me 10 day weekend along with 5 year probation on my 3rd dwi with blood level at .24. I highly recommend mark

2nd DWI

Was arrested by a Game Warden standing next to my turned over Polaris Ranger. I was drinking and was intoxicated. I told the game warden this and he still did a field sobriety test and then got a warrant for my blood. Mark got the case dismissed.

Please Read: Highly recommended! DWI/Criminal Expert!

I was recommended to Mark Thiessen by countless of my bartender and industry friends after receiving my 2nd DWI. Picking a lawyer is always a challenge especially when you are facing serious penalties but after my first consultation with Mark Thiessen it was obvious he had extensive knowledge of the ...criminal system with the experience to back it up. It's difficult to explain the comfort level and ease of mind once he has taken your case but all I can say is everyone that recommended him was correct in stating "He is the best!" My impossible case combined with my priors created a complex case where I feared the worst but he was able to keep me out of jail and off probation meeting all my requirements to maintain my life and keep my job. I am very thankful to mark and his team for the attention he gave my case often making me feel like I was his only client. Thank you Mark! I am forever in your debt!

IF YOU CAN AFFORD HIM, HIRE HIM!!!! Worth every penny!!!

VERDICT WAS *NOT GUILTY* AT TRIAL!! This will get expunged eventually. My boyfriend's BAC level was .06 at the time they drew his blood (hours after he was arrested and taken in). No drugs in his system, yet the DA still would not drop the case. This was his 1st DWI, however he does have a felony cha...rge on his record. He did not want probation or to do community service.. so we hired Mark in hopes to get this dismissed. The DA would not drop the charge and we did not want to take a plea, therefore this ended up going to trial. Mark is so knowledgeable & aggressive in court! It was like watching an episode of Law & Order (I was not there, but this is how my boyfriend told the story). Mark is truly an EXPERT and was able to attack everything the prosecutor threw at him during trial. Side note: Mark cross examined one of the officers from the night of the arrest and after cross examination.. the officer ended up shaking Mark's hand after getting off the stand and admitted to Mark, that Mark was the best lawyer he has ever dealt with and because of Mark's aggression during trial, the officer's eyes has opened up due to facts that were pointed out during trial and the officer will start to do things differently. (Bummer!) Mark definitely is not cheap, but worth every single penny!!!!!!! We would hire him again in a heart beat. (I would advise you to have a rainy day fund with about ~15k in it--- just in case) I will recommend Mark to everyone I KNOW! He is the best dressed lawyer in the room compared to all of the other frumpy men with their outdated looking suitcases. He has lots of confidence because he knows his sh*t!
