Top Tier Attorney

I have retained numerous attorney's in Houston and Dallas primarily for business, but on occasion for personal or family issues. I have retained Mr. Davis for advise or representation on several occasions. I would not hesitate to retain him again and have recommended him to a number of my colle...agues. In my experience, his knowledge of the law is unmatched by any other attorney I have retained. While his knowledge of the law is "best in class", this is not what set's him far above his piers. He is ability to use his unmatched legal knowledge and translate it to practical council to his clients is what truly sets him above and apart. Stated differently, Mr. David can quickly dissect the legal issue(s) at hand, and translate the full myriad of options that his clients can elect to pursue. He also provides a usable assessment of the amount of work and practicality of that the different options will involve (both priceless and unusual in my experience) . Through having Mr. Davis represent me, I have had the pleasure to personally observe him in research, consultation, negotiation and litigation. He is the most zealous advocate for his client of any of the other attorneys that I have engaged. He also provides this high level of advocacy without approaching the limits of any ethical standards, with his clients or with their adversary. Without reservation, I give Mr. Davis my highest level of recommendation.
