Gary has been my attorney on IRS matters for several years now. He has done a superb job helping me sort out a complex set of issues. He started by proposing a strategy that has been executed extremely well. Gary and his administrative support (Riley) are extremely knowledgeable on IRS problem sol...ving and very responsive to my inquiries.

He and his partner, Kirk were hired in 2012 to help with a tax problem. They advertised heavily in the Houston area with letters etc. The initial meeting was positive, "we're going to fight this" "that's why I went to law school to protect the small businessman" , bla bla bla. As soon as the fee is p...aid they disappear. Hearings get missed, papers go unfiled, bank accounts get seized, etc. I finally had enough when a hearing was scheduled in August,2014. Tidwell was cc'd a copy but does a "no show". It's rescheduled for September, another "no show". Around the middle of February, 2015 I receive a letter from Mr. Tidwell advising me that he left the firm in September and wanted to know if I would like to retain him to handle my tax problem. Really Gary? I think I'll pass. In hind sight their "big successful firm" was a house of cards with 1 lawyer trying to pull in clients from Houston, 3-4 locations, San Antonio and who knows where else. One of the hands even bragged that you didn't need "brick and mortar" law offices you just do it all on the Internet. I guess it is easier to hide from your clients if you don't have real offices. He did manage to afford one of the best white-collar criminal defense attorneys in Houston. Don't say you weren't warned
