Gary and his team have done an excellent job in helping me navigate the complexities of the IRS and resolving my matters. His knowledge of the tax code law sets him apart and he is very detailed. He is accessible and follows-up with any pending matters in a timely basis. I feel that is key to great s...ervice versus the client always feeling they have to be the ones who contact their legal counsel for an update. After falling more than a few years behind in my taxes I started receiving lots of threatening mail from the IRS. I finally got enough guts to call them and set up a payment plan that was way out of my comfort zone to pay. After doing that a year I learned they were putting a lien on my credit report... because I simply could not catch up. I felt helpless and it honestly would keep me up at night. My mailbox was full of iRS relief letters, so many that I avoided the mail man because I was so embarrassed by the amount of agencies out there that to me look like a scam. After throwing most of them away I came across a letter on real stationary from Gary Tidwel. I opened it up right away and something told me to give this man a call. By this point I wasn’t even scared and really just wanted to know if he could help me or if I just needed to go into hiding! Mr. Tidwell and I spoke and set up a time to meet in person and from the get go he was very honest about his experience and he told me that he has success in winning offers in compromise but that it would take a little time and that he would need me to follow his instruction and guidance on getting my affairs in order. I did exactly what he told me to do which was, pay my new quarterly taxes on time and do not acquire any new debt. It was about a year later after meeting him that we were ready to submit my offer in compromise and WE WON!!!!!!!!!! I am forever grateful to Mr. Tidwel and Sydney his daughter, I had lots of questions and called them a lot and they were always so professional and happy to help me. I am forever grateful to them and do yourself a favor and call him to help you! Don’t wait!
