Attorney that cares!

I was very nervous getting a lawyer appointed by the court because I figured they wouldn't be as invested as a paid attorney would be. Needless to say, I was wrong. My Fed case held a max 30yr for a kilo of cocaine. David told me I would likely get 33 months. I got sentenced to 30 months in 2015, hom...e by 2016, and he kept his word and submitted paperwork to get me off supervised release early in April 2018. He gave me the best advice and worked diligently to get me home to my kids ASAP. Unbeknownst to me, David also got a court order that allowed me to pump milk for my child. So, if you're looking for someone who truly cares and will go above and beyond the scope of his job, David is the best attorney for you. He is beyond outstanding and will do his best to get you no time or as little as possible.

Professional and Experienced

Traveled from Houston to Brazoria county to see me in jail twice and speak with me about my case. He was very knowledgeable regarding what information he could get on the details of my case from the county. Was very honest and blunt, which I appreciated. Prompt (by Brazoria county standards) and pres...ent and on-time to all of my hearings, with the exception of one, which was only a pre-trial announcement for which my presence was the only one truly required. Answered all of my questions and gave me advice before and after I was bonded out. Tends not to answer the phone when called, but will call you back the same day or next. Had no issues contacting the prosecutor when the situation called for it. All-in-all, for my first experience with a lawyer it was a good one. And hoping I never need one again, but if I do, I assure you Mr. Adler will be the first one I contact.

Excellent consultation

David is an open and honest attorney that gave me excellent advice. As an example, he not only made it clear that you don't have to go with the first attorney you talk to, but he pointed out how it would behoove one to talk to multiple attorneys and choosing one you would be comfortable and confident... with. He could have just said... "pick me i'll take your case!" It is also my opinion that he is honest in that he will tell you if you even have a case or not and if it is worth fighting. I have utmost confidence in Mr. Adler and would recommend his services as an attorney.
