Professional and honest right from the start

I wanted to hire David for a federal case. However, after a phone conversation and an in-person meeting, he frankly told me that I was in a good position and that given the risk-reward, it was better to not proceed and not take my money. I was pleasantly surprised. He was very knowledgeable about fed...eral cases and candid about his views on my potential case from the start. He also told me the best course of action going forward. I really appreciated that. Thank you, David!

Mr. David Adler is best of the best and a very experienced federal attorney

I met Mr. David Adler by pure luck and thankful to God Mr. Adler was representing me. I had contacted another attorney Mr. Washington, who referred me to Mr. Adler. I remember I was panicking, then Mr. Adler reached out to me and came to court to represent me bc another attorney had asked him to sho...w up. Of all the attorneys I interviewed the first thing they all were interested in was talking about the money. Mr. Adler on the other hand showed up to court and didn’t even mentioned a word about money, instead he told me I didn’t have to choose him and he can refer other attorneys if I choose to. There was no pressure and the first day at court Mr. Adler told me to go home just relax and think about it who I need to choose to represent me. I went home and read up more on Mr. Adler and his impressive background and many years of experiences dealing with federal cases. I am a pharmacist and my case was related to dispensing opiod prescriptions, and being charged by government was a scary scenario which I never envisioned it would happen to me. Mr. Adler was the obvious choice for me because I never met anyone, especially an attorney who was so genuine and caring about getting me out of the mess I had got myself into. The case dragged on for four year and Mr. Adler was always on top of everything constantly finding new ways to better represent me and guide me throughout the court ordeal. Mr. Adler gave his 110% and did his best to get probation for me, but the ultimate decision is in the judge’s hand I received 24 months even though the prosecutor kept pressing for 57 months. I know the outcome of my case could have been worst, lot worst if Mr. Adler had not been representing me. I am thankful and very grateful to Mr. Adler and his relentless efforts in helping me. Mr. Adler is not only a great federal attorney but a great mentor whom I have learned life’s lessons from. I have heard horror stories where people with federal cases get 10 years like it’s nothing. Any attorney can represent you, but having the right attorney makes all the difference. Even the court employees I came across after knowing Mr. Adler is representing me said Mr. Adler is well respected and I was lucky to have him representing me.

Legal Expert, Highly Recommend

David Adler’s knowledge of federal law saved me from not only prison time but also an astronomical restitution. When my case first began, I was looking at the potential of 5 years federal prison time and a restitution of almost a quarter of a million dollars for a medical fraud case. David worked... with me for four years before my case was settled with a reasonable restitution and probation.

Excellent

Mr.Adler is a very knowledgeable lawyer. He worked my federal case. I thought all was lost because that’s what it looked liked, I was looking at over 10 years and he got me 5 but he fought for me and my family every step of the way. He was also very sympathetic with me and my family. Thank Mr. Adler ...we will not forget your name.

Outstanding Lawyer

David is an exceptional lawyer. His mastery of criminal law and the judicial process were key for successfully representing me. I was subject to an FBI investigation and criminal case prosecuted by the Department of Justice. David was instrumental to demonstrate that I was not involved in the case th...ey were pursuing. The whole ordeal lasted almost two years and throughout the whole time, David was always kind and considerate, making himself available, giving sound advice and ready to assist in any manner needed. In the end, during Court proceedings, David was able to get a very favorable outcome.
