I am a 20+ year defense-side Labor and Employment Lawyer in Texas; Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I have first chair trial experience and have litigated extensively in Federal and State courts as well as in numerous arbitrations. When not litigating, I regularly advise clients on employment matters including personnel issues, wage and hourly matters, governmental agency investigations and employment policies and handbooks. I am married to Dr. Christine Tyler. We have two daughters Dylan (8) and Zoe (3).
