Case Dismissed

Guy was very communicative with me the whole time. I had a relatively Misdeameanor case which because of a few priors the Harris County DA enhanced me to a 25 to 99 with a possible 5 year Federal Probation violation. We set it for trial after because they would not drop the case. Basically like a gam...e of poker that Guy played and 3 weeks before trial they all of a sudden dismissed my case. After 18 months of hell it finally came to an end along with my Fed probation and Monday I will make 35 a totally free man after over 14 years. It feels so good and I'm thankful to God and Guy for helping me out. I plan on staying out the system because it will eat you up. Feeling Blessed

Best decision was bringing Guy Womack into the fight

Mr. Womack helped me when I most needed it. I was facing allegations in which I was told that I needed to wait to be charged in order to have military representation. I emailed Mr. Womack and within 5 minutes I had received a phone call from him. He took the time to go over every step that I would... be going through which helped me better prepare for my court martial mentally. Throughout the entire process I would receive weekly updates on what was going on which was nice. I believe his advice on some of the decisions I had to make during my Court Martial is what I believe saved me from what was left of my career. Instead of settling for an Other Than Honorable Discharge (which was offered) we decided to continue fighting. Because we decided to continue to fight I was discharged with General Under Honorable Conditions. This decision has played a huge role since being out of the military. I have been able to apply for jobs that I didn't think I would be able to, I was able to obtain most of my benefits to include the Post 9/11 GI Bill, VA Benefits...etc. My family and I will always be grateful for the job he did and for his advice. For the entire process the only thing I wanted was for my side to be heard. Mr Womack ensured my voice was heard loud and clear.

Amazing, dedicated attorney! Someone you want on your side! Bulldog in the courtroom!

My husband and I hired Mr. Womack for a high-profile military law case. It was a lengthy, drawn out process but he guided us through every step of the process from clear across the country with a comforting confidence. His responsiveness and dedication was simply incredible! He is knowledgeable, trus...tworthy and compassionate. We are so pleased to have had him fighting on our side! I would highly recommend him!
