Mr. Leeper was always late to court And he just over all guided me in the wrong direction when it came to my drug case. The attorney is a ticking bomb I couldn’t ask the man a question with out him blowing up. I would not recommend! After speaking to another attorney I’m wishing I would have went ano...ther route and not hired this man.

I was arrested for a DWI - 1st offense, and immediately needed an DWI lawyer to represent me. I contacted Mr. Leeper's office and had a telephone consultation, and was told that he'd be at my 1si court appearance. I was prompt and on time for court as instructed with the anticipation that he'd arrive.... Court started at 9:00 a.m. I called his office at 10:30 a.m. to ask his assistant if he was still coming, and was told to hold tight, and that he'll be there. He had a federal case in another court and was told that he'd comeafterwards. I waited until 12:00 p.m., and still no sign of Mr. Leeper. He later called me that afternoon at 4:30 p.m., but I didn't answer... I was so furious!!! I rate this attorney as untrustworty and undependable. I looked like a complete idiot!
