Amber is an AMAZING attorney. My cousin and I are starting up our first business and she has helped us in every way possible, from creating the LLC, operating agreement, and filing the DBA - all in an extremely fast manner. She not only knows the filing requirements but is also very personable. She ...also, did my cousin’s parent’s wills. She was very patient with them as they are elderly and made sure everything was exactly what they wanted.
