Varsha Vinod Shirhatti

Varsha Shirhatti is a Partner and Attorney at Rivera & Shirhatti, PC. She is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Immigration and Nationality law and has over a decade of experience with employment- and family-based immigration matters. Her practice is focused on employment, investment, and family immigration, representing local and national clients to provide legal advice and counsel on U.S. inbound immigration matters. She provides guidance on all types of nonimmigrant visa petitions in addition to permanent residence matters, specializing in PERM/Labor Certification, National Interest Waiver, and EB-1 petitions, including Naturalization.  Her family-based immigration practice includes representation on petitions, immigrant and nonimmigrant waivers, and consular processing. She also practices federal litigation focusing on employment-based matters.
