Very unprofessional and careless. I paid my consultation fee back in February and was only given 10 minutes of her time. I was told she would draw up paperwork and send it to me to continue with my filing. After several phone calls, several messages left for a call back, I have decided to look els...ewhere. I never received a call back to inform me of any problems, questions or concerns. I made a phone call and spoke to the receptionist who said she’d remind Mrs. Reed to send the paperwork and never asked for my name or number to return the call.
