We being a small business wanted an Attorney who can understand our situation and present it properly and we are lucky that we got connected with Ann...ie. For our case, she suggested us to go with L1A visa filing as it best suited our credentials. The L1A was approved with 10 days of filing. We then filed a L1 A extension 2 years later which was also approved within 10 days of filing. Since she understood our company profile well we decided to file Green Card Application with her. Although she had all the data from past filings she took additional time to make sure that GC application is filed accurately. We recieved an RFE on GC application by she made sure that the response is sent timely with all the additional info requested. The GC was approved ! Kudos, to her persistent follow up.
