Having known Annie since four years, I can honestly say that Ms. Annie Banerjee and her team are probably the best in the business when it comes to immigration matters. Annie has always been there throughout my journey from H1B to getting my Green Card. Annie’s immense knowledge in immigration matter...s and her endless efforts to help me in preparation and filing of required documents have been exceptional. The immigration process is very delicate mater and I must say there were times when I felt frustrated fearing the unknown. But, Annie was always there in my difficult days. Whenever I had any question, Annie promptly addressed them by explaining the situation and keeping me informed either through phone calls or emails. Annie is an amazing attorney – very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and extremely reliable. She is an awesome person who is always willing to go the extra mile to help her clients in every need. I would forever be grateful for the legal support that I have received from Annie and her team and I would strongly recommend Annie to anyone who is looking for the legal support in immigration and other matters.

If you need immigration attorney and you are reading this, you can stop reading and just pick up the phone and call Annie. I very very rarely take the time to write a review about someone or something, but oh boy Annie deserves it! Annie was the third lawyer I worked with, maybe it was the third time...'s a charm but after being disappointed and skeptical from my previous experiences, I was so surprised by her approach and professionalism. Annie was the only lawyer that approached my problem personally, took the time to understand before jumping to conclusions and generically quoting or reading regulations and paragraphs like the others I had a chance to work with. For example, she even took the time to read my resume carefully and told me where I need to head to. And most surprisingly, she said I don't need to pay her for the consultations we had on the phone, (read hours on the phone and even more emails), which by contrast the other lawyers don't even talk to you for 1 minute unless you pay a consultation fee, even before understanding your problem or knowing will they be able to help you. As for the outcomes of work that Annie did, so far its better then I could hope for!! So if you are still reading, you are wasting your time, call Annie!

I consulted Annie about my wife's H-4 and TN visa eligibility. She answered my questions, but was somewhat unprofessional in her conduct. She told me upfront that she did not remember why I was meeting her and that she had a lot of clients so she couldn't remember what she had discussed with me on th...e phone. She also was vague about how long my appointment was for, and how I should pay her - she seemed to prefer cash, but did not say so explicitly. If you're going to a lawyer for an immigration issue, you probably want the best one, even if you have to pay a bit more for them.
