Amazing Attorney and I601 Guru!

Ana Maria Schwartz is AMAZING! My husband had a difficult case and was detained when I reached out to her. Not only did she help me find an excellent local attorney who helped get my husband out of detention after little over a month, but then she proceeded to do what she does best — put together an ...thorough and well-written I-601a application that was approved without an RFE. Beyond putting together and filing the I601a, Annie provided excellent advice throughout the process and took calls to help quiet some of the anxiety that I was feeling about the case. She and her staff were professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout each stage of the process. The 601a application process is difficult— it forces you to dive into all the difficult things in your life and wallow around in it a bit. This can take a bit of a toll on the applicants emotionally, but Annie understands and serves as an knowledgable guide in finding the hardships that others may overlook but then simultaneously lightens the load through her humor and lighthearted personality. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to file an I601 or I601a. She definitely knows her stuff!

Dear Lillie- I am deeply touched and honored by your amazing review. Thank you for your kind words and for placing your trust in me to handle your husband's difficult immigration case. I was so happy I could help you find an excellent local attorney who facilitated your husband's release from detention. It was a true team effort, and I'm glad we were able to work together to achieve a positive outcome. Preparing the I-601a application was a crucial part of the process, and having it approved without an RFE is a testament to how hard you worked on everything. Navigating the 601a application can indeed be emotionally challenging, and I'm glad I could be there to provide guidance and alleviate some of the anxieties you were facing. Your well-being and peace of mind were always my top priorities. Thank you for acknowledging the hard work of my staff as well. It was our pleasure to be there for you every step of the way and keep you informed about the progress. Thank you for your heartfelt review. It has been a privilege to be a part of this significant journey in your lives. Sending my best wishes to you and your family!

Wonderful Experience

Ana Maria was very easy to work with. I was on a tight deadline and she was very dedicated and also easy to get in touch with. I never had to leave a message; there was always someone that answered the phone. Emails were returned timely. She pushed us to get the documents we needed without making it ...too stressful! Would definitely hire her again.

Highly recommended

I retained attorney Ana Maria Schwartz for my permanent residency petition in 2013. She and her office have been very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Ms. Ana is knowledgeable about the process and the immigration system. She explained the process and the potential scenarios that ...we may encounter clearly to my husband and I. Through meeting, phone calls, and emails, she has been very patient and proactive in helping me with the petition process. She informed us of everything that was sent to the immigration and sent us a copy of all documents that were submitted. The day of my interview, I remember it was pouring outside but she arrived early. My petition process went smoothly and she was there for us every step of the way. She is attentative and passionate about her clients and a pleasure to work with.

Ana Maria Schwartz was the best lawyer we could have asked for in our case. She calmed our fears and gave us the knowledge to go into the interview prepared. She was very responsive to questions and was invaluable in guiding us through this complicated process.

Outstanding Attorney!!

My wife had a very complicated case which involved an I-601 waiver for illegal presence, an Adjustment of Status and a FOIA request, among other things. We have had some issues with other lawyers in the past, so after doing some diligent research we heard great things about Ana and decided to go wit...h her. We could not have made a better decision!! I was immediately impressed after our initial phone consultation. Ana is very personable, understanding, and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions with confidence, despite the complicated nature of our case. Other “immigration” lawyers we spoke with didn’t know the answers to half of my questions and said they would get back with us and never did. Some of the other lawyers that we have had in the past wouldn’t even speak with us on the phone or return our phone calls even after we paid them thousands of dollars. Ana is always a phone call or e-mail away and always responds in a timely manner and in person. We live in Florida and she is in Texas and everything went just as smoothly as if we were right there in Austin. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ana for anyone in need of immigration assistance! Ana truly has a passion for her work and it shows! She really enjoys helping others successfully navigate through the very complicated immigration process. She put in 110% effort and went above and beyond to take a personal interest into our case which led to my wife’s approval. We could have never done this process without her! Thanks to Ana, my family is safely together and my wife is now a permanent resident of the United States! She is truly a Godsend...Thanks Ana!!
