Biography
Mr. Kale was born in Dusseldorf, Germany in 1972. He is a first generation immigrant of Indian descent. His parents immigrated to the United States to further their careers as geneticists. Vijay spent his formative years on Long Island until his parents relocated to Huntsville, Alabama. In 1993, Vijay graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and then went on to earn a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. Vijay also holds a Masters degree from the University of Texas School of Public Health and a Biology degree from the University of Houston. He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for more than 8 years. Vijay is a past President, Secretary and Treasurer of the South Asian American Bar Association of Houston. Moreover, he is active in many community and professional activities.
