Two years as my attorney, filed a motion to suppress (01/22/2024) only to abandon my defense on day of hearing (02/08/2024) by saying he strongly advises that I take a plea and does nothing to secure my legal rights. The thoughts of his motion he just filed two weeks before, he never intended on a de...fense for me. He should have filed an Anders brief instead of waiting until day of hearing to leave me without any representation of counsel and only to have used the two years (02/17/2022 - 2/08/2024) as my counsel of record never informed me of the expert witness testimony much less introduced into evidence. Here it is two months after last court date and he will not respond to any messages, text, email or voicemails. Do not use this person, he has no attorney Creed, unprofessional and will leave you stranded.
