I went into solo practice after receiving my law degree in 2006 from the University of Texas.  I moved back to Houston from Austin because I'm from here, and I wanted to begin my career here (though I love our state's capital).  I'm passionate about the legal profession, for all its frailties, and relish the freedom that has come with being my own boss.  You don't need to spend an inordinate sum of money in order to receive competent, careful representation.  Please call) or e-mail me () should you have any legal needs which necessitate professional attention.

Part of the reason I enjoy law is that I love to read and to try to understand.  The law as we know it is a remarkable system because it attempts to order human behavior (whether one thinks of the immigration law, the tax code, or criminal statutes). 

Yet as one of the greatest lawyers ever, the martyr Saint Thomas More, observed, for all its evolving complexity, the law has never been able to fully apprehend and trap the extent of human sinfulness.  It will never be able to because the human law is inferior, in its technicalities, to the saving law of Jesus Christ.
