Highly Recommended

Many years ago, I was indicted for several counts of bankruptcy fraud and lying to an FBI agent. I was innocent, but that didn’t seem to matter. Mr. Richard Kuniansky represented me and tried the case before a jury. He was an outstanding lawyer, and tore the FBI agent to pieces, showing that her vers...ion of what happened could not have been true. I was acquitted of all charges. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent Defense Attorney

Richard served as a lead trial attorney in my case. He's slow at beginning to understand my case. He even thought that I was crazy after he first read my case through the prosecutors. However, he completely changed his mind after collecting all evidences from all sources. I even brought an additi...onal attorney to advise/consult him. Finally, they won the trial judge and the Appeal Court judges. I previously had three law firms that took my money and forced me to the plea.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I am an attorney practicing law in Houston, TX. One of my clients was charged with money laundering. I worked very closely with Mr. Richard Kuniansky in preparing the case for trial. At trial, Mr. Kuniansly was the lead attorney. He did an outstanding job representing the client, and all charges were ultimately dismissed. Since that time, I have referred all my white collar matters to Mr. Kuniansky, including criminal tax cases. I would not hesitate in referring more cases to Mr. Kuniansky because I have complete trust in his abilities and professionalism."

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
