I've had some horrible attorneys represent me for this same case Quyen did. I could never get in touch with them, they failed to notify me of any changes, paperwork, court dates etc. Quyen has always been easy to get in contact with and has never ignored me no matter how many questions I had or when ...I did not understand something, she always made sure I did whether it be by email or phone.
