Joseph Kelly Plumbar

I was involved in a major car accident on 1/29/16. My mother in law referred me to two lawyer. One of the being Mr. Plumbar. Not knowing either of the lawyers I just went with the first choice. My first choice wasn't Mr. Plumbar, but a different lawyer. That lawyer was not at all helpful to me or my ...case. In the beginning I did most of the leg work with no certainty that my case will be resolved. I ended up terminating that lawyer and reached out to Mr. Plumbar. That was by far one of the best decision I have ever made. Upon talking to and hiring Mr. Plumbar he ensured me that everything will be fine and taken care of. I gave him all the information regarding my case and he took the ball and immediately started to run with it. He fought for me and got me the whole insurance policy. Throughout the entire process he was very informative and helpful. I literally had nothing to worry or stress about. I really enjoyed working with Mr. Plumbar. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable, professional, caring and genuine. I would hire him again in a New York second. He is very respectable and dependable. Mr. Plumbar settled a child custody case for my family that was getting out of hand. When we went to him he assured us from the beginning that everything would be fine. He did exactly what he said he would do. I never had to go to one court date so my work schedule was safe. My child never was aw...are of the process which was the main thing. I wanted it to be worked out as quietly as possible. Mr. Plumbar is a great lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone!!!

Mr. Plumbar is the lawyer to have when you are in the mist of a battle with any wrongful doing of others. I will give you a brief description on how much Joseph will fight for you! There was a day when a person called to the insurance company anonymous and said i wasn't in the wreck. Who this person ...was, we don't know but the insurance called Mr. Plumbar and told him that I was under investigation. So Mr. Joseph took matters in his on hands and went straight for the insurance company. Letting the insurance company know that he was my lawyer and he knows for a fact I was in the wreck because of all the information I had given him plus my police report ,pictures and etc. So after Mr. Plumbar spoke with the insurance company about me, the insurance company took me off of investigation. This is just a little to let you know how Mr. Joseph is always there when you need him, dependable, loyal, faithful to his word, trustworthy, reliable, I can go on and on but I don't have enough words to express how great I am to having a lawyer like Mr. Joseph and how greatful he has been to my family.
