Joseph helped make my road to recovery and compensation seamless. I was involved in a major car accident on 1/29/16. My mother in law referred me to two lawyer. One of the being Mr. Plumbar. Not knowing either of the lawyers I just went with the first choice. Hired Mr Plumbar to fight my felony case when I was swindled into trying to cash a check. He fought hard and with time and patience rejected offers that were proposed by the District attorney's office and got it knocked down to a misdemeanour and from there to dismissal. Mr. Plumbar is the lawyer to have when you are in the mist of a battle with any wrongful doing of others. I will give you a brief description on how much Joseph will fight for you! There was a day when a person called to the insurance company anonymous and said i wasn't in the wreck. Who this person ...was, we don't know but the insurance called Mr. Plumbar and told him that I was under investigation. So Mr. Joseph took matters in his on hands and went straight for the insurance company. Letting the insurance company know that he was my lawyer and he knows for a fact I was in the wreck because of all the information I had given him plus my police report ,pictures and etc. So after Mr. Plumbar spoke with the insurance company about me, the insurance company took me off of investigation.
