Jared Lloyd Blanton

Jared Blanton represents clients who have suffered catastrophic losses as a result of others’ carelessness and abuses of power. He handles individual cases as well as mass torts litigation. His practice is dedicated to a wide range of personal injury areas, including automobile and trucking accidents, sexual abuse and harassment, and consumer fraud. Currently, Jared and a firm partner represent more than one thousand Texas homeowners against multi-billion dollar real estate development companies accused of failing to account for known flood risks. Jared considers it an honor to be entrusted with his clients’ stories of trauma and loss, and he works tirelessly to get his clients the compensation they deserve.

Jared graduated Order of the Samaritan from the University of Alabama School of Law, with a certificate in Public Interest Law. He received Alabama Law’s highest award for trial skills, the George P. Taylor Outstanding Advocacy Award. As a law student, he worked for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he advocated for individuals experiencing workplace discrimination and abuse. Jared also brings to the firm years of experience working on behalf of insurance companies. He knows firsthand how insurers evaluate claims when someone is wrongfully injured or even killed, and he uses his knowledge and experience to get results for his clients.
