I consulted with this attorney a couple weeks ago for an ongoing allegation of criminal charges against me. The allegations undoubtedly were completely made up and false and after consulting with Mr. White his attitude demeanor and advice seems so far very straightforward, honest and positive on the... outcome. He seems extremely knowledgeable friendly and his fees are extremely reasonable. Mr. White Failed to contact me in reference to my case when I contacted him by E-mail with question in reference to my speedy trial rights " good luck" Requested videos from DA , body cams by constables, selected pics from videos used in court , arrest report one day before trial. He totally ignora...nt of Brady Act 1963 (Brady vs Maryland) same with Michal Morton Act Texas 2014 , Speedy Trial rights as above. At trial pics are entered with no objections . I was sent down the river with out a paddle. Basically framed by DA and my attorney Mr. White denying all exculpatory from Harris County took the best way out or threats of 1 year in prison .
