Mr. White Failed to contact me in reference to my case when I contacted him by E-mail with question in reference to my speedy trial rights " good luck" Requested videos from DA , body cams by constables, selected pics from videos used in court , arrest report one day before trial. He totally ignora...nt of Brady Act 1963 (Brady vs Maryland) same with Michal Morton Act Texas 2014 , Speedy Trial rights as above. At trial pics are entered with no objections . I was sent down the river with out a paddle. Basically framed by DA and my attorney Mr. White denying all exculpatory from Harris County took the best way out or threats of 1 year in prison .
