Brian W. Wice

I was referred to Mr. Wice and researched him to find that he is very much in the media and normally WINS his cases. I contacted Mr. Wice who referred me to Kent Schaffer, who specializes in post conviction hearings. The two of them teamed up and immediately began working on the case, asking several ...questions about former charges and convictions with the law to determine that my son did indeed, qualify for shock probation. They went to work .... we went to court and they actually went in front of the judge, my son was given the opportunity to speak and after some deliberation, our motion was granted. You have no idea how much this young man was missed by family and especially his young daughter. We could not be more grateful to Brian Wice, Kent Schaffer and James Kennedy and the rest of the Schaffer/Wice team !
