Brandon Zaratti

Brandon C. Zaratti serves as Of Counsel and Head of the Criminal Law Practice at C.Y. Lee Legal Group, PLLC. His practice focuses on the defense of individuals charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses, with an emphasis on cases involving driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled substances, and assault. In addition to his criminal trial work, Mr. Zaratti also leads the firm’s civil appellate practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zaratti served as a felony prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where he first-chaired multiple jury and bench trials, secured grand jury indictments, and managed a docket of more than 3,500 cases. His public service also includes work with the Harris County Attorney’s Office, where he contributed to high-impact civil litigation and drafted appellate briefs submitted to the Supreme Court of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He also served as a judicial intern for Justice Jerry Zimmerer on the Fourteenth Court of Appeals, assisting with the preparation of bench memoranda and legal analysis in civil and criminal appeals.
