Brandon Zaratti

Brandon Zaratti is a Houston-area criminal defense attorney and former felony prosecutor whose practice is shaped by courtroom experience, constitutional advocacy, and a lifelong connection to the communities he serves. Born and raised in the Houston area, Brandon built his legal career around litigation, civil rights, and defending people when the government’s power threatens their freedom, reputation, and future.

Before founding his law firm, Brandon served as a felony prosecutor, led the Criminal Defense Practice at C.Y. Lee Legal Group, PLLC, clerked at the global law firm Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP, worked at the Harris County Attorney’s Office, and served at the Fourteenth Court of Appeals under Justice Jerry Zimmerer. His background spans trial courts, appellate courts, civil rights litigation, and criminal prosecution.

Brandon is a graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston, where he served as president of the ACLU student chapter and developed a reputation for advocacy rooted in constitutional rights and community service. He remains involved with South Texas College of Law Houston as a volunteer professor in its advocacy program and is active in Hispanic legal organizations. Today, he brings that experience to a defense practice focused on preparation, strategy, and protecting clients from convictions that can alter the course of their lives.
