Anthony S. Muharib

Like the caption says, I have recently employed Mr. Muharib and my experience with him was nothing short of a top rated professional. As you may already know, once we are accused of a crime, we get hundreds of mail outs and it is hard to distinguish one from the other. Well, I will tell you that, ...from the start, it was very easy for me to chose who I was going to call. He basically jumped off of the page because of the way he was dressed and his posture. It conveyed to me that he had this confidence that is almost impossible to relay from just a picture, but I am glad that I made that call to him. From the beginning, he did not disappoint! He was always on time and if he could not be there then he made sure that his assistant, Jessica was and she was also top notch. He is very knowledgeable of the law and along with his confidence and his popularity within the court room itself, out of the two Driving While License Suspended cases that I had, he got one dismissed and one "time served"!!!!! He did this all in a span of literally ten minutes, because what the DA had as an offer to me was 100 days in jail. I don't know about these other guys and their reviews or who they actually had represent them, but I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ATTORNEY DO WHAT HE DID TODAY! I WAS SHOCKED. In my head I was already preparing myself to turn myself in and wondering how this was going to affect my life, and here he comes back at me with......"dismissed!!" WOW

Mr. Anthony Muharib was a great pick for myself. And to think, out of all the attorney letters that I received I found Mr. Muharid card on the floor. He served his purpose as my attorney. Represented me well, always on time, kept me very informed on my case by a court to court Bases. Never missed a ...court date and I will add he took care of his business. I personally would recommend him to represent anyone who needs help he's a great attorney.

I can't begin to explain how disrespectful and misleading this attorney is! He misrepresent pre-trial diversion to me, was not aware of our court dates, and spoke to everyone about my case but me. After appearing late in court, he asked for additional fees that had not been discussed on the spot and ...refused to work that day without being paid immediately (he left the courtroom twice for hours at a time). He made an assurance and did not live up to it. His brother is a bondsman!! That means his brother is an employee of the court system- he acts like he is an employee of the courts as well rather than a defense attorney. He convinces unknowledgeable clients to take options that end up costing them more money to the courts and misrepresents their options. If I had known a year ago what I know about my charges now, I would have never gone the route I did.
