Mr. Villareal is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to explain and help me better understand a revised Marketing Non-Compete Agreement at my yearly evaluation. My initial agreement went from 2 pages to 6 pages. He was readily available or returned my calls/emails in a timely manner. ...I never had an issue communicating and conversing with him. I had a meeting with my employer to speak about the changes and there was no room for compromise. At the end of the day I was able to make a more informed decision about my future with my employer. I call Mr. Villarreal on some advice on a character letter for a family member and he went over and beyond to help me with it. I actually call him 8pm. We talk about the family issue and he told me to go ahead and write down what we talk about the family member he told to email it to him and he wo...uld look over it on early morning. Mr Villarreal email me back with correction on my character letter and I was so please with what he correct on the letter . Art effectively represented me in addressing a recurring issue with my Homeowners' Association. The HOA was responsible for fixing the roof on my condo and failed to do so multiple times. After I sent many emails and made countless phone calls to ensure that the HOA hired a qualified roofer instead... of their handy man to properly repair the roof, the HOA ignored my demands. I felt trapped and that I need to concede to their position. But I consulted with Art and he immediately agreed to represent me. Within days, he crafted a thoughtful and detailed demand letter to the HOA. Not surprisingly, the HOA agreed to all of our demands. Understanding the tense relationship between the HOA and me by that point, Art went above and beyond by handling all of the communications with the HOA and their management after the demand letter was sent.
