Biography
I enjoy golfing, landscaping and raising my three beautiful girls.
When I'm not at work or at home, I'm usually busy spending the little spare time I have left representing our country as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserves. Currently, I am the Senior Defense Counsel of the 22nd Legal Operations Detachment - Fort Sam Houston Team.
I spend about four weeks out of the year on Active Duty, defending those who defend America at installations such as Fort Hood, TX; Fort Bliss, TX: Fort Richardson, AK; Fort Polk, LA. Of course, I spend one weekend a month at Fort Sam Houston, representing Active Duty Soldiers who are facing elimination from the Army or Non-Judicial Punishment.
I've been in the military 16 years now: My first four were enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, primarily at Camp Pendleton, CA. From there, I deployed to the Gulf as part of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. I joined the Army as a 1st Lieutenant after 9/11, and later served at Fort Huachuca, AZ; Wuerzburg, Germany with the 1st Infantry Division ("Big Red One"); Hohenfels, Germany (Joint Multinational Readiness Center); and Fort Hood, Texas.
While my military career is winding down, I especially enjoy representing those who have also served.
