Mr Sykora and I were faced with the challenge of obtaining Full or Joint Managing Conservatorship following a SAPCR case in which I filed. My grandson had lived with me since he was a 1 year old, because I had no problems with his mom, I didn't feel the need to have anything Court ordered (my mistake...) to ensure that no one would be able to separate us.., Right before he turn 12, WALLA!! Sometimes when a Childs heart is involved, you have to come to an agreement, TO PROTECT THE CHILD!!!
