Mr Sykora and I were faced with the challenge of obtaining Full or Joint Managing Conservatorship following a SAPCR case in which I filed. My grandson had lived with me since he was a 1 year old, because I had no problems with his mom, I didn't feel the need to have anything Court ordered (my mistake...) to ensure that no one would be able to separate us.., Right before he turn 12, WALLA!! Sometimes when a Childs heart is involved, you have to come to an agreement, TO PROTECT THE CHILD!!! Thank you Mr Sykora, you were so nice to me and my family and I'll never forget what you made possible, I hope to bring my grandson to meet you all in person in the near future...
