Gregory Keith Simmons

Gregory Simmons was appointed for my husband's case recently. Luckily the case was dropped about as quick as it was charged. This attorney is definitely on top of his stuff though. When he went to visit my husband he had paperwork for my husband to fill out so he could talk to me. Also he had a plan ...as to what the next steps of action he was taking would be. He was well prepared. When I contacted his office they were very helpful and let me know what was being requested and the status. When I called back as requested a few days later, we were advised that because the case was dropped before the request was completed there was nothing more available. I have no doubt that if we would have needed to proceed further with more time that this attorney would have been great representation for my husband.
