Biography
Gregory K. Simmons was raised in a military household in Killeen, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from Tarleton State University in Stephenville and law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. After law school, Attorney Simmons went to work as an Assistant Attorney General in the United States Virgin Islands and then for the Army's Judge Advocate General Corps. He was serving at the Pentagon in the Office of the Army's General Counsel when the United States was attacked on September 11, 2001. It was at that time that he decided to leave the military, return home to Killeen, and open The Law Offices of Gregory K. Simmons, P.C. Attorney Simmons has a no fear attitude and will fight until justice prevails.
