Michael James Magana

My daughter and I had a minor family altercation and the police were contacted. As a result many state agencies became involved within the case and almost intentionally to create miscommunication between us. Finally, after I spoke with my daughter and clarified the story we spoke with the attorney Mr.... Magana and he had the case dismissed in less than two months. The best part is he was appointed to our case, but yet it mattered to him. I'd definitely recommend him to anybody.

I got a third DWI and it was made into a felony. I was appointed to Mr. Magana for this charge and he was straight forward about it. I made him aware of the prior misdemeanors I had received and he assured me it could be handled. He told me usually they have bad deals for a third DWI, but after negot...iating on my behalf he got me a fair five years probation and I got to go home to my family. I was appointed to Mr. Magana by the county to represent me for a Motion To Revoke my probation. Understandably on any other occasion these charges don't go in favor of the accused and I was in despair, but Mr. Magana fought for me!
