Hired Michael Magana December 2021 for my son. So many lies! He has not did anything promised. My son is still sitting in jail, mike has only seen him once, keeps saying he’s going to bond him out but has not, does not know anything about my son’s case when asked, keeps having us travel to Texas whic...h is not cheap expecting to bond him out and he does not, is NEVER available, never returns calls but will send u the infamous “20mins in court” text, will take your money and do absolutely nothing, and will not give a D$&@ about your case. What he’s good at is: Taking your money, telling lies, not doing what he promised, having his secretaries (family members) be rude and lie to you as well, and sending that court text! You’ve been warned… seriously! Save yourself the time, money, and worries….. find another lawyer! Don’t make the mistake many of us have made. Do some investigation on him… you’ll find out a lot more about his practices and why he thinks he’s big S$&@ in Bell county…. Especially when u go to court and people that work there are walking up to him with rent checks.

Michael Magana first let me just say thank you!!! For the hard work, dedication, commitment and drive. Your staff is excellent. Facing a rape allegation, now facing Court Martial, my Army career was pretty much done. After talking to him and explaining my situation and what I’ve been through and my ...financial issues because I had to bond out after been arrested and paid some other lawyer in which he just stole my money. Michael Magana said don’t worry I got you. They never pressed me for money even though they continued to put in work on my behalf. They will work with you no matter what. i hired him and all he did was joke around and play like we were in High school. He offered to trade services for construction work on one of his rentals but i refused and just paid cash. His staff is a staff of idiots who could never answer my questions. When we finally went to court he needed 3 oth...ers to help him stumble through the proceedings. Needless to say I lost! What a joke he should be disbarred! A bumbling bafoon who is better off working at Wal Mart. I am surprised he ever was able to get a license to practice law, guess they will give one to anyone who applies.

I hired Michael to represent my fiance in a probation reinstatement case. Michael cashed my check the day they got it; he visited my fiance 1 time for ten minutes when he walked out of the room he stated 'im going to get you reinstated and on your way back home". Never did my fiance see him again unt...il a month later at court. During this month period whenever we would try to get an update on the case nothing; nobody would call back; and his office staff are idiots. When i asked for him to go see my fiance he didnt. My Fiance is now sitting 4 years in a state prison because Michael hadnt even talked to the DA to plead his case...the DA was aiming for 20 years...the judge decided 4! DO NOT HIRE HIM!
