Michael James Magana

My family hired Magana for my husband. He talked to us stating what he could do for as getting him out. My husband was unlawfully accused of robbery, and evading arrest. Magana (promised) to bond him out multiple times which I already gave him the money to do so . Also I paid attorney fees. The whole... time it stated he couldn’t get bonded out. But he told us he could. There where days he said my husband was being released and I slept outside the jail house just to find out he was lying. I tried calling him and he ignored my calls. He told my husband not to speak at his sentencing day because he feel like he will make it worse. Magana was not organized.
