I had hired Mr. Magana to represent me in Texas on my first DWI in the state, but I had two prior ones from out of state and was unaware that they were going to be used against me. They had enhanced the case to a felony and were trying to put me in state jail for the two years and he was able to get ...me reduced sentence of five years probation, with the possibility of early release. My daughter and I had a minor family altercation and the police were contacted. As a result many state agencies became involved within the case and almost intentionally to create miscommunication between us. Finally, after I spoke with my daughter and clarified the story we spoke with the attorney Mr.... Magana and he had the case dismissed in less than two months. The best part is he was appointed to our case, but yet it mattered to him. I'd definitely recommend him to anybody.

i hired him and all he did was joke around and play like we were in High school. He offered to trade services for construction work on one of his rentals but i refused and just paid cash. His staff is a staff of idiots who could never answer my questions. When we finally went to court he needed 3 oth...ers to help him stumble through the proceedings. Needless to say I lost! What a joke he should be disbarred! A bumbling bafoon who is better off working at Wal Mart. I am surprised he ever was able to get a license to practice law, guess they will give one to anyone who applies.
